Pastor Hooper Sr. is founder and president of Fellowship Church in Grand Junction, Colorado, an interdenominational church with a staff of over 30 trained ministers, over 400 volunteers, and a church membership of 4000. He has received numerous degrees over the past 26 years, including a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling, and a Doctor of Ministries degree from Louisiana Christian University.
